Hi everyone! I’m currently working in retail and am looking to switch into a pastry / baking career. I’m aware that I don’t have prior experience in a commercial kitchen, so I’m looking to gain part-time experience. Is anybody here working as a pastry chef / baker and is willing to share their journey / working experience in the industry?
