December, a month where people clear their leaves and people who still work just finds themself in a slower pace at work. Just wondering if this is the same everywhere else?
With Christmas and new year round the corner, work have come to a massive slow down and people are just sitting in office talking to colleagues all day. I find it enjoyable as we have worked hard for a long year. With all the changes we had, some reverting back or some staying such as remote work 2 days a week, mc per day without questions in face it have become a norm from what I hear from my friends.
Do you guys experience the same lull period and changes in the way you work?
