Do you add your boss or colleagues on social media?

I had a great privilege of joining a great company, and after 4 years now, my colleagues and my boss have added me on social media. I was just thinking if I should accept them?

Not sure if there will be any repercussions of opening up my personal life

Definitely not, i keep my work and personal life separate as I do not want my colleagues to have first hand knowledge of my life.

But that being said, if you are comfortable enough then go ahead!
