Getting a degree worth it after working for so long?

Is a degree really worth after working for some time? I’m just wondering at which point does the point of getting a degree is not worth it.

I do believe in upskilling. Perhaps instead of a degree, consider getting a professional certification in your field of work to get a higher pay or promotion.

I agree that once you have gained sufficient experience, having a degree is no longer important. It might be possible to jump straight to a masters degree considering you have enough experience.
