This topic have been looming in my head for a while now. I always hear that the grass is greener on the other side.
While in some cases it’s true because I hear managers treating people like slaves, overtime is common and leaving early is frown upon.
In my case, I feel blessed that I have great managers, company is supportive of my work and also been praised. At this company, I feel safe and also a sense of achievement but I can’t help but still thinking about the grass on the other side.
Have anyone been in my situation before and at which stage do you feel that you are comfortable and not search for the greener grass on the other side that people talks about so much?
