Hi, I have sent many resumes to many companies over the last month. But I still have not heard from anyone? I’m not sure how can I improve my resume or LinkedIn.
I’m looking for roles in the Engineering space, and really hoping to increase my odds in becoming an engineer from a technician.
Does anyone knows how I can go about improving my odds?
