Hi everyone, I recently had a predicament. I had spent endless hours on researching for this particular topic and had a beefy amount of information from this research. I had made a presentation deck on it and had forwarded it to my manager. During the team meeting, my manager presented the deck and everyone was pleased. However he did not credited my work nor praise me for my efforts.
I feel unjust at this moment and have been contemplating if this is the kind of manager I would want to work for. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
