Should I leave after taking my 13th Month Bonus?

The biggest question of the year have come, should I leave after my 13th Month bonus? I guess the reason why I have this thought is because I am no longer aligned with how the company is run as projects are piled on my desk and with people leaving one by one, I alone have to manage everything.

In my view, it’s advisable to establish a clear departure date and commit to it. Many of my friends have grappled with a similar situation, but they ended up staying on due to the allure of the 13-month bonus, with the prospect of a performance bonus in April. This can result in an ongoing, unending cycle.

If you no longer feel in sync with the company, it may be more beneficial to leave sooner, which could lead to greater happiness. These are just my personal thoughts on the matter
