With the need to upskill/retrain/further education becoming ever more relevant in today's world, how does one even find the time,energy and discipline to do it?

Hi guys! Just wanted to ask for those of you who have successfully up skilled or retrained whilst holding a full time job, what was your experience like and any tips to share?

I’m married with no kids. Early 30s. But I’m finding it hard as hell to even contemplate doing any further studies or retrain whilst holding a full time role.

Yes, it’s been hard trying to learn something new while having a full time role. Also married (with no kids for now) so there are additional duties now and perhaps in future to even contemplate studying part-time.
